Shipping, Returns and Payments

What shipping options do you offer?

So far we only offer standard shipping, which will deliver your package in the Netherlands within 2-4 working days.

Within the EU this takes 3-7 working days and in USA/CH 1-4 weeks, due to possible delays and customs clearance.

How much shipping do I pay if I order something from you?

We offer free shipping in almost all of Europe! US shipping costs are € 22,50.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have placed your order, we will get started on it as soon as possible! Since our sneakers are hand-painted,the processing time for our custom sneakers is around 1-3 weeks.

Can I have the gift delivered to a different address?

Yes, that is certainly possible! During checkout, if the billing address differs from the delivery address, you can indicate two different addresses.

Super useful if you want to send a gift directly to the recipient!

Can I return my personalized sneakers?

If you buy a customized sneaker from us, you unfortunately cannot return it.

The reason for this is that the product is handmade. This means that it is not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

So if you decide to buy a customized sneaker from us, check the size chart carefully so that you are sure you have the right size.

Tip from us: Do you really want to be sure that you have the right size? You can best visit a Nike store to try on the shoes, so you certainly know which size fits best :)

What payment options are there?

With us you can pay with credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or iDeal.

Personalized Items

I have my own idea for a Custom Sneaker, how can I submit this?

Great that you have your own idea!

You can write your idea in detail with, if necessary, sample photos.

The person I gave a personalized item as a gift does not like the gift, can I return it?

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be returned. Because these items were made at the customer's request, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.

How do I submit the information for my personalized Star Map order?

That's simple:

1. Place your order, 2. Email the information that matches the gift (you can find this in the product description on the product page) to info.universalgifts@gmail.com.

This information below applies to our Personalized Star Maps: - The number of the style you want for the star map;

- Name, date & location (with zip code if you know it, we use that to record the exact coordinates) of e.g. wedding day/engagement or birth of your child; 

- If desired, the extra constellation option, the choice between the different backgrounds or a combination of both;

- Any other details such as a small text sentence.

REMEMBER TO INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER FROM THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL (e.g. #1001), otherwise orders will be confused.
