Universal Gifts Return and Refund Policy

Customized sneakers cannot be returned as they are tailor-made/personalized items.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards;
* Downloadable software products;
* Personalized Items. 

Personalized gifts
It is not possible to return personalized items. This includes: products with your own name, your own text or any other adjustments specified by the customer.
